This page will help you sync your email marketing platform with Capture & Convert. Click the link to jump to your provider
If your provider isn’t on the list, no worries! You can still use C&C, you’ll just need to CSV exports + import leads.
Step by step instructions to find your Mailchimp API key.
Name your key – we suggest calling it Capture & Convert Plugin.
Select the Mailchimp Auto Export button if you’d like to push your leads to Mailchimp automatically. We strongly suggest you use this feature!
Step by step instructions to find your ActiveCampaign API URL and API Key.
On your ActiveCampaign account, click the “Settings” option located on the left side of the navigation menu.
The account settings menu will appear. Click the “Developer” option.
The Developer Page will open up. Within the API Access window, you will see both the API URL and Key API
Paste both the API URL and Key API into their respective fields. Select the ActiveCampaign Auto Export button if you’d like to push your leads to ActiveCampaign automatically. We strongly suggest you use this feature!
Step by step instructions to find your Constant Contact API Key, API Secret, and Access Token.
This account is separate from your regular account. Just fill out the required information, nonrequired can be left empty. On the Developer Type Option, you can select any choice, it doesn’t affect any of the proceeding steps. You can access the page to create the developer account here
After confirming your email, you will be taken to the main page. Select the “Get API Keys” Option. Another page will open with an Application registration.
Fill out the Application Name with “Capture and Convert”. You can leave the rest of the fields empty, agree with the terms of service, and click “Register Application”. The result would be your API Key Information. You will also receive this info to your email, so be sure to save it!
On the same window where the API Key was generated there would be an option to “Get an Access Token and try the API here”. Click on that option.
Click the “Get Access Token”. The “App/key” field should fill out automatically, if it doesn’t, click on the sign in option on the top right on the screen. Don’t need to fill out the other fields.
On the new window that opens up, click the “I already have an account” option and fill out the login information for your regular account, NOT your newly created developer account.
A window asking to allow Capture and Contact access to your account will pop up. Allow access and continue. You will be presented with your access token.
Be sure to save both the API Key and the Access Token somewhere save!
Paste the Contact API Key, the API Secret and the Access Token in their respective fields. Select the Constant Contact Auto Export button if you’d like to push your leads to Constant Contact automatically. We strongly suggest you use this feature!
Step by step instructions to find your Campaign Monitor API Key and List ID
On the top right of the screen, click the logo beside your Account Name and open the option “Account Settings”.
Click on the “API Keys” option.
A new window will open with the API Key and Client ID. If you have generated an API Key in the past, you will see the option “Show API Key”. Otherwise, click on “Generate API Key”. It may ask you for your password again, so re-enter it and continue.
Paste the API Key and the Client ID into their respective fields.
Step by step instructions to find your Drip API Key and Account ID.
From your Drip account, click your account settings, a drop-down menu will appear. Click on User Settings. The API Token will be located near the bottom of the user settings.
Open another tab, and access your Drip Account. Click on Settings>Account>General Info. Scroll downwards and you will find the Account ID.
Copy the API Token and the Account ID and paste them on their respective fields. Select the Drip Auto Export button if you’d like to push your leads to Drip automatically. We strongly suggest you use this feature!
Step by step instructions to find your HubSpot API Key.
To access your Hubspot API Key, you need to have Super Admin Access to the account.
In your Hubspot account, click your account name in the top right corner, then click integrations>API Key. If a key has never been generated, you will see the option to “Generate API Key”, otherwise, click on “Show Key”
Copy the API Key into the respective Field and save changes.
